There is never a dull moment with us.This position will assist in managing RRR and new crates according to specifications, and shipping requirements and manage the purchasing of warehouse consumable materials. He/she will also need to coordinate shipments, inspect goods, track shipments, and communicate shipment schedules with productions, traffic, CM, planners, and third-party service providers to prepare products for transportation to vendors, customers, and inter-plants. Support kitting assembly and packaging processes for shipments.Roles & ResponsibilitiesRead, learn, understand, and interpret drawing/blueprints, work instructions, and other written or verbal instructions to complete the crating of tools/products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards.Manage inventory following established guidelines and procedures including labeling and locating parts, picking parts from appropriate locations specified, and recording and communicating inventory levels.Help customers resolve shipment issues and complaints when they arise.Maintain shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases and perform additional administrative, clerical, or supervisory duties as requested.Support internal and other relevant departments (e.g. Planners and productions) to ensure all orders/shipments are fulfilled on time.The need to coordinate with CM to perform GR, coordinate with traffic and third-party warehouse to re-label shipment, and release to forwarders for shipment arrangement.Fulfill orders by packaging necessary materials and preparing them for shipment.Identifying and locating the right products during the shipping processRecording inventory status, and making sure deliveries properly match work orders.Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries, and replace damaged products.Practice problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques as part of a team responsible for continuous improvement of products and processes.Maintain a clean and organized work area, and workplace safety, and maintain all equipment according to maintenance plans and established procedures.Require supporting operations during weekends and public holidays.Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.Minimum QualificationsDiploma or its equivalentPC literate. Preferably with experience in crating/capital equipment handling.A team player with the ability to multi-task and organize work systematically.Process Improvement mindsetAbility to work under pressure in a fast-changing and demanding environment.Hardworking, self-driven, willing to learn, and able to take initiative.Knowledge of SAP and having a forklift license will be an added advantage.We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
