The Materials Management mission part of our Supply Chain Services organisation is to manage & optimize Inventory of Raw Materials and Ensure the Supply Continuity in a connected and network environment.

MM Mgr role description :
  • Active team member on the CPS Supply Chain Shared Services Leadership Team \xe2\x80\x93 defining and driving the Vision and Business Plans, KBI \xe2\x80\x98s performance monitoring for Supply Chain and Materials Management.
  • Lead and develop the CPS Supply Chain Supply Services Materials Management team of 9 to 14+ associates, in a matrix and international environment, that ensures the smooth supply of ingredients and packaging to all CPS manufacturing locations, to meet production, customer requirements.
  • Continuously and effectively collaborate with key stakeholders within manufacturing locations\xe2\x80\x93 Operations, Planning, Warehouse, Strategic Sourcing, to ensure complete alignment with business needs and objectives.
  • Lead the execution of the TCCC Inventory Policy for Raw Materials \xe2\x80\x93 including Age Of Stock review processes and ingredients rotation across Manufacturing Plants.
  • Lead the execution of the UISS policy (Unique Ingredients and Single Source) and ensure compliance on the different resilience programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the Materials Management policies, procedures, processes and systems.
  • Embed our Digital SC transformation by leveraging the new system, technology and automation and leveraging digitalized performance management.
  • Develop the team to meet the future needs of our digital supply chain program.
Key responsabily

Ensure we keep our system supplied :
  • Manage the interface of both Customer Demand and Master Production Schedules into Material Plans that ensure the smooth supply of Ingredients and Packaging up to the manufacturing locations - to meet customer requirements, while simultaneously maintaining robust inventory controls.
  • Directs and monitors all purchasing activities so that the materials, supplies and services the organization buys meet its standards of price, quality and reliability of supply, in line with inventory policy ensuring manufacturing requirements are met and the inventory policy adhered to.
  • Ensure the review Master Data based on ingredient Stock policy and inventory program strategy. Build Robust Supply plans, monitor our performance metrics.
  • Play a lead role in providing support on Material Supply aspects in the event of a crisis situation (IMCR), Business Continuity Planning management and Supply Chain resilience program.
Manage and develop a multi-cultural and international team.
  • To manage a team of Regional & Local material planners, process and data specialists.
  • Development of team to operate with a high level of problem solving, decision making and analytical skills, with ability to manage and prioritize multiple conflicting demands.
  • To lead and motivate a team in a high-performing business environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including influencing, listening and team work
Transform and Leverage our SC Digital tools.
  • Deploy new tools and system \xe2\x80\x93 as per our SC transformation (SAP S4H, IBP, ARIBA, Luminate Control Tower, Buy/Sell model\xe2\x80\xa6).
  • Lead and participate on MM related projects to drive process standardization and process optimization.
Develop collaboration across a network.
  • System - Ensure system alignment with CPS Strategic Initiatives and Procurement Partners and drive standardization & consistency across all geographies.
  • Collaboration - Liaise with Transportation, Procurement, Planning & Logistic, Operations, Warehouse and other key business partners to ensure alignment of business objectives.
  • Supplier Mgt - Accountable for supplier engagement routines to include forecasting, key initiatives supplier resolutions, with team members. Manages relationships with major suppliers or vendors to improve performance and inventory optimization, on-Board new Supplier/and or New Supply Point, Enhance our Internal (Procurement Entities, Auditors\xe2\x80\xa6 ).
  • Compliance & Governance - Ensure that all activities are carried out in a way supporting the Company requirements and local applicable regulations and policies.
