You will lead and optimize a global material network from supplier to factory to distribution center and finally to customers.A day in the Life:

• Implement outstanding inventory management and control practices so as to improve days of supply (DOS) performance. Proactively work on initiatives to reduce excess and obsolescence inventory.
• Establish a robust master data system for every material across Operations. Ensures the needed maintenance by every function and works closely with CMD global master data and product management teams.
• Identify and participate in global projects that are aligned with Global Operations and respective business unit (BU) priorities. Lead the supply chain workstream in a current major CMD project.
• Employ and adopt practical process improvement (PPI) to improve the efficiency and to simplify our Singapore CMD material operations.
• Collaborate with buyers, planner and order schedulers to reduce material shortages and rejects. Improve On-Time Delivery in Full (OTIF) performance for customers and service.

Keys to Success:A supply chain professional with a consistent track record and growth mindset.Education

• Minimum of Bachelor\'s Degree required in related field; strong preference for fields of study in the supply chain, engineering and management, MBA will be plus.

Experience

• 8+ years of relevant supply chain, procurement and master data experience
• Experience in Continuous Improvement & possesses a Practical Process Improvement (PPI) mentality.
• Certification in Master Data Management, APICS CPIM, CSCP, Project management PMP preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Ability to encourage, nurture, innovation, collaborate, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and SAP.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities
