As Material Operations Planner, you will be responsible for effective and efficient execution of the Stockroom Operations including but not limited to full compliance to safety protocols, business policies and standard procedures. Responsible for the day-to-day operations and at the same time lead, build and develop a winning-team culture, continuously empower and challenge to attaining the objectives of a best-in-class material operations and processes. We will drive efficiency, cost-saving projects, cycle time and other improvement initiatives including participation to other Global Manage Warehouse initiatives. Responsibilities and Tasks includes but not limited to the following : Supervise and lead the overall Stockroom Material Operations from Inbound, Storage and Maintenance up to the Issuance of the materials and other related tasks assigned. Performs troubleshooting and problem analysis including preparation of Corrective/Preventive measures or 8D if deemed needed. Ensure timely receipts of all inbound, material preparation and release to Site's manufacturing operations for the day. Responsible in establishment, tracking and attaining goal/critical metrics. Develop, maintain, review, update and improve work flows and operating procedures. Coordinate audits in the area of Workforce Development to ensure compliance with other internal standards and customer requirements. An Ordinary day of work would include the following: To ensure the appropriate capacities needed before qualification jobs begins : Ensures smooth daily Material Operations in the Stockroom which includes operations planning, team deployment and coordination with other key stakeholders. Performs data crunching and analysis, prepare relevant presentation slides and propose continuous improvements for operations to the management. Provides training to team members such as new hire OJT and tasks specific to daily responsibilities. Implement programs of standardization, process improvements and introduce system enhancement and innovation. Lead, support and actively participate in improvement projects with other global WH teams. Set and communicate performance goals, and conduct goal based performance evaluations. This job is for you if you: Process Bachelor in Engineering Interpersonal and leadership abilities Able to prioritize multiple priorities and tasks efficiently with minimum supervision Analytical & Problem-solving skills Good verbal & written communication and presentation skills Experience in SAP / Warehouse Management System Knowledge and experience in Tableau and Phyton will be an advantage.
