They are looking for a Materials Planner to assist their Materials team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Central ' easily accessible. This Materials Planner is responsible for : Responsible in managing all material shortages for assigned program in working closely with Purchasing/Supplier/Planners and respective functions to ensure supply continuity to keep production lines running. Responsible in liaising with global vendor planner on supplier shipment conformance. Responsible in liaising with production planner to ensure level forecast to suppliers Responsible in ensuring suppliers compliance in delivery, services and procedures Responsible in strategizing and controlling material to meet inventory goals Responsible in working with logistic warehouse and production in the materials movement, planning and expediting to support customer Responsible in start-up co-ordination of new program Responsible in performing monthly stock check and Annual Physical Inventory count.
