Job Description

Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule materials to support production and on-time customer delivery. Ensure sufficient materials availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Monitor production schedules, WIP, and material status to prevent shortages or delays. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, IQC, and production teams to expedite materials and ensure smooth operations. Manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) and update Bill of Materials (BOM) in ERP for new products. Oversee shipment planning, generate pick lists, and ensure accurate order fulfilment. Provide regular updates on material, WIP, and shipment status to operations and customers. Prepare monthly reports on production and material performance. Perform any other related assignments as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related Field. Experience in material planning, production scheduling, or inventory management. Familiar with ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills. * Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
