Position Title: Material PlannerJob Summary:

• Company background: Japanese based MNC manufacturing
• Working location: West
• Working days & hrs: 5 days work ; Monday to Friday ; 8.30am - 5.45pm
• Salary range: up to S$ 3500 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB (avr past year 1 to 3 months bonuses)

Primary Responsibilities

• Preparation of BOM for MRO & projects according to the order delivery requirement
• Manufacturing drawing are to be prepared and release with BOM
• Responsible for overseeing production plans, including the creation, release, and timely shipment of work orders to meet customer requirements.
• Review customer demand and commit the delivery dates to Sales Department in Sales Order Details.
• Work closely with purchasing and warehouse/logistics teams to ensure on-time receipt and delivery of materials.
• Monitor and coordinate material shortages, advise on quantity order requests
• Ensure work orders are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor materials fulfillment and utilization of work-in-progress (WIP).
• Drive efforts to minimize excess and obsolete WIP inventory.
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing existing processes and key performance metrics.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and streamlining workflow procedures.
