Job Description

Working with a leading industry player and a dedicated team, the Service Sales Engineer will report to the Service Manager. The role involves providing robust service support to customers, focusing on meeting specific targets such as major overhaul quotations, HD battery sales, and the Crown Preventative Maintenance Program.Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Deliver competitive and efficient services.
• Actively pursue opportunities to promote Crown services and products.
• Meet overhaul sales targets and maximize gross profit.
• Handle overhaul and breakdown leads promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Area Supervisor to ensure timely and professional repair job completion.
• Achieve battery sales targets and ensure timely delivery and pricing competitiveness.
• Collaborate with suppliers to meet customer satisfaction in battery sales.
• Support Customer Service in generating and renewing Preventative Maintenance Program sales.
• Participate in weekly service sales meetings to report figures and performance.
• Assist Customer Service with calls and complaints handling.
• Provide guidance on order processing and ensure accurate job entries.
• Support achieving 100% fulfillment rate for service calls.

Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Sales experience is beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferably experienced in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul services.
