Job Description

Develop and manage demand forecasts and production planning. Schedule production orders in line with demand requirements and resource availability. Collaborate with project leaders, planners, and supervisors to prioritize tasks according to delivery timelines. Oversee material and production planning, including material requisition, BOM management, and design change implementation. Confirm production orders based on material and capacity availability. Work with purchasers to coordinate material deliveries while avoiding excess inventory. Monitor material availability to ensure smooth and continuous production flow. Prepare regular reports such as Excess & Obsolete (E&O) summaries and quarterly buy-down claims. Ensure timely closure of production orders for invoicing accuracy. Comply with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management. 1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain or related industries. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage. Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
