Roles & Responsibilities The Math Classroom is expanding quickly and we are looking for a centre manager to help us with daily operations.

• Attend to walk-ins, online, phone and social media enquiries
• Oversees the centre operation and administrative tasks
• Scheduling and deploying teachers to classes
• Follow up with customers for full resolution of issues
• Scheduling trial lessons and replacement classes
• Responding to parent enquiries
• Communicating with parents
• Strategic decision making with expansion plans
• Other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum diploma/degree
• 2-5 years of experience working in tuition centres or education centres is a plus
• Teaching experience is a plus, although this is a non-teaching role
• Highly-qualified individuals with 2+ years' experience from other
• industries who are keen to learn are also highly-encouraged to apply
• Have experience in strategic planning processes
• Good communication skill with parents and staff
• Able to work independently
• Familiar with MS Office and Internet
• 40-hour 5-day work week with 2 days’ rest per week
• Able to work on weekends (Sat and Sun)
