Working hours: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend.
Duties:
- Conduct weekly regular classes.
- Create content and curriculum for worksheets.
- Provide positive learning and guidance techniques to students.
- Give regular feedback to parents on students\' performance after every class.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Strong Maths skills (plus points for Math Olympiad experience)
- Able to translate Chinese questions.
- Passionate about teaching kids aged 8-12.
- Must be responsible and have a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel).
Once shortlisted, Coaches will receive a \'Train-the-Trainer\' course conducted by Mr Terry Chew. You will be equipped with effective teaching strategies and tools in accordance with our strong and proven RA*CE Framework, which has helped hundreds of students achieve the results they want.
Coaches are expected to maintain a KPI of at least 95% 2-grade improvement for Mainstream Maths and at least 60% winning rate for Maths Olympiad. Coaches may be trained to develop and produce quality materials for the Mathematics Programme meeting TCA\xe2\x80\x99s quality needs and timelines.
