Job Description


The successful applicant will be responsible to ensure the collaboration between asset performance, services, operations and maintenance of supply and services project. Will support the PI Manager in Customer Site Management in all Product Introduction-related matters towards the Operations & Maintenance part of the Customer organization. In addition, will support the Services organisation to roll-out Maximo and SAP and interface it with customer’s Maintenance Management System. Responsibilities

  • Ensure a trouble-free running of Maximo application within the project site, proper coordination and interface with the ICT service provider for network connectivity coordination.
  • Ensure proper coordination and interface with the Maximo server provider for application related issues.
  • Provide timely resolution to trouble ticket requests from users, customization of the different Maximo end users within BPLRT project.
  • Ensure proper interfacing to SAP or any other relevant system from Client’s organisation.
  • Assists in the activities associated with the identification, prioritization and resolution of reported Maximo related problems.
  • Maintain and update several instances of MAXIMO databases including but not limited to production, reporting & training. Assist to merge requirements documents, solution specifications, test plans, configuration documents, and other project documentation into Maximo platform.
  • Responsible for services such as screen changes, data load and configuration/programming and ensure they are delivered according to specification to customers’ satisfaction.
  • Analyzing, developing solutions, and correcting data errors encountered during updates.
  • Follow a change management process to document and track programmatic changes to applications along with creating and maintaining Maximo-related configuration/technical and training documentation.
  • Work closely in team environment.
  • Maintaining up-to-date Maximo documentation (process workflows).
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Information and Technology (IT) or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
  • Knowledgeable in areas of depot and supply chain management
  • Working knowledge of train maintenance and fleet performance
  • Typically, minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in IT systems with emphases on EMS software, 3 of which are in a similar position.
  • Rolling Stock/Railway Design and Maintenance background would be of advantage.
  • Computer Literate – Knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Good communication skills at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and clear levels of ownership
  • Customer focused
