The Program

Onboarding

It all begins with Onboarding at our corporate office in Singapore. You\xe2\x80\x99ll learn about all aspects of our business, from our culture and our history to our organizational structure \xe2\x80\x93 and you\xe2\x80\x99ll hear it all directly from our senior leaders.

First-hand experience

Next, you\xe2\x80\x99ll spend several days gaining hands-on experience in one of our brand\xe2\x80\x99s restaurants. This will give you a close-up insight into how our business works at its core (pending safe return to work guidelines).

High-impact role

After restaurant training, you\xe2\x80\x99ll jump straight into a real, high-impact Senior Manager role \xe2\x80\x93 one that matches our business needs with your ambitions and talents. No matter what that role is, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the responsibility you need to help transform our organization.

What You Need:

• A good academic track record \xe2\x80\x93 you should be a student completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at an accredited university graduating in end-2023 / early-2024
• 4 to 7 years of related work experience - ideally from consulting, banking, CPG, retail, or hospitality
• A performance-focused, results-oriented approach \xe2\x80\x93 you\xe2\x80\x99ll have a strong work ethic and a determination to achieve success
• Ownership mentality, self-motivation, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with competing deadlines and rapidly evolving client needs and conditions
• Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with creative ability to conceptualize and articulate new approaches and solutions
• Solid analytical capabilities and structured thinking
