• Singapore Based (City Hall)
• 5 Days work per week - Monday-Friday [9am - 6pm]
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related field. + Min 2-3 years of experience in M&E coordination, preferably in interior fit-out/ construction.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection). + Familiar with construction drawings, project specifications, and technical documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or similar software is a plus.
• Certification in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) for Construction Sites is a plus.

xe2x97x8f Occasional requirement to work weekends or outside regular office hours to meet project deadlines.Job scopexe2x97x8f Coordinate and oversee all M&E works to ensure timely completion, compliance with project specifications, and alignment with the project timeline.
xe2x97x8f Supervise the installation and commissioning of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.), ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
xe2x97x8f Conduct regular site inspections to ensure M&E work meets safety and quality standards.
xe2x97x8f Serve as the main point of contact for all M&E-related matters between clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
xe2x97x8f Liaise with consultants and other trades to resolve any issues or challenges during the project.
xe2x97x8f Manage M&E-related project documentation, including progress reports, submittals, and quality checklists.
xe2x97x8f Attend daily site coordination meetings and provide detailed coordination with subcontractors.
xe2x97x8f Check, evaluate, and confirm work done and material supply quantities for M&E subcontractor/NSC vendor progress payments, including preparation of substantiation documents.
xe2x97x8f Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications to monitor progress, ensure quality standards of workmanship, and maintain compliance with project requirements and the construction schedule.
xe2x97x8f Assist in the procurement process by evaluating tenders and selecting subcontractors and suppliers.
xe2x97x8f Monitor M&E costs to ensure the project stays within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
xe2x97x8f Ensure safety standards are adhered to during M&E work and conduct regular safety audits.
xe2x97x8f Provide post-project support, including defect rectification and addressing operational issues after handover.
