M&E Coordinator / Engineer - Main Contractor

$3,000 - $6,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all

M&E (Mechanical & Electrical)

works on-site. Manage and liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely progress of works. Review and ensure M&E works comply with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards, including:

Electrical systems

ACMV (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation)

Plumbing & Sanitary systems

Fire Protection systems

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, codes of practice, and safety standards. Arrange, prepare, and facilitate

RE/RTO inspections

. Coordinate with authorities for approvals, inspections, and commissioning of works. Participate in site meetings, providing updates and resolving technical issues. Assist the project team in troubleshooting, resolving site challenges, and driving project milestones.

Job Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (recognized by the

Professional Engineers Board Singapore

) or equivalent. 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the

Singapore construction industry

. Proficient in

AutoCAD

and

Microsoft Office applications

. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
