Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all architectural/Structural/M&E trades on site ;
Work closely with subcontractors on their works to ensure timely work progress ;
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications ;
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
Knowledge in Architectural/Structural/M&E works ;
Diploma or Relevant Trade Certificate ;
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in architectural/Structural/M&E works ;
Able to work independently and in a team
Work closely with subcontractors on their works to ensure timely work progress ;
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications ;
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
