Working Hours:
5.5 days per week
Salary:
Up to SGD 4,800 per month + Variable Bonus (VB)
1. Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and monitor all M&E works and installation activities on-site.
Review drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with design requirements.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure proper execution of works.
Plan and track progress of M&E works to meet project schedules.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
Report regularly to the Project Manager on site progress, challenges, and risk mitigation measures.
2. Requirements
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
from a recognised institution.
Minimum
4 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
.
Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction processes, and safety standards.
Proficiency in
Auto Revit MEP
will be an added advantage.
Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
