Responsible for M&E coordination and related works by assisting in planning & resource management.
Assist to carry out daily supervision of all site implementations at site.
Ensure implementations are carried out according to construction programme.
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with updated drawings, specifications, method of statements, master programme and consultants site instructions.
Handle builder works coordination with M&E works, including coordinating M&E specialized subcontractors.
Supervision M&E works based on daily activities.
Liaise with Clients, Consultants, SO/ RE / RTO to carry out site inspection and attend weekly /monthly meeting.
Monitor and control M&E material unsafe on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.
Assist Project Manager / Engineer with any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or trade certificate in M & E or equivalent
Must have experience in M&E works supervision or coordination.
Minimum at least 3 years of experience is required
* Able to control and ensure the M&E works are carried up according to the specification and standard.
