Review project specifications and technical clarifications. Supervise the M&E works and coordinate with client, consultants and sub-contractors. Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule. Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies. Check and prepare material sample with shop drawing submission. * Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with main con/ workers.
