Job Description

Work Location: Varies Construction Sites within Mainland Singapore Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm Monthly Base Salary: up to $4800 + Variable Bonus (VB)



Responsibility



Collaborate with the Project Manager to oversee M&E aspects of project planning, execution, and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Lead the coordination and deployment of M&E resources to support efficient project delivery, while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure technical requirements and project milestones are met. Proactively identify, document, and escalate issues related to M&E systems, equipment, and processes, contributing to continuous improvement. Carry out additional duties as assigned by management, in alignment with operational needs and professional expertise.



Requirements



Degree in

Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

(Recognized by relevant authorities) Minimum

4 year of experiences in construction industry

with site coordination exposure Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes and M&E systems Experience with Auto Revit MEP is an added advantage Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively. Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
