Job Description
Job Summary:
- Industry: Construction and Engineering
- Job Location: West area (company shuttle bus will be provided, pick up location is at Boon Lay MRT)
- Working days: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5.30 pm + Alternate Saturday 8 am to 5.30 pm
- To liaise with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters
- To lead and supervise an installation team on M&E services installation
- To attend M&E coordination meetings and write Minutes of Meetings
- To coordinate with Civil/BIM teams & all SWC for station and viaduct CCSM/SEM drawings and submissions
- To review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings
- To manage in-house M&E sub-contractors\' work to ensure shop drawing and services are suitable for sequence and installation
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and/or Specialist Diploma in M&E coordination
- At least 3-5 years experience in M&E coordination in a local construction firm/LTA-MRT project
- Ability to read and understand CAD, Revit/Navisworks software services in 3D model is a must
- Good knowledge of local standards & requirements
- Understanding of a Design & Build contract/project
- Independent, self-motivated, proactive with a positive attitude
