• Location: Central / North Area
• Salary: Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering
• Good spoken / written spoken English and able to Communicate with various parties.
• Must have some LTA / MRT Transit Station Project experience
• Min 4 years of Singapore Construction Project Experience.
• Min 5 years of relevant working site experience in leading civil infrastructure works
• Experience in CCSM, SEM and SWC activities
• *Familiar with AutoCAD (BIM / Revit / Navisworks) optional

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the site coordination and be the liaison person with LTA, authorities and consultants for submission
• Responsible for the coordination & supervision for installation, testing and commissioning
• services of projects undertaken by the company e.g. electrical systems, ACMV systems etc.
• Ability to coordinate with interface contractors and consultants for Engineering issues and shop floor drawings
• Liaise with clients and consultants on work progress
• Ability to resolve all issues related to M&E installations, quality & defects works, handover rectifications etc.
• To detect and resolve M&E services clashes shown on BIM model
