Roles & Responsibilities

Preparation of MEP drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawing; \xef\x82\xb7
Candidate will require to draw for Building services, eg Electrical, Air conditioning, Plumbing, Sanitary and Fire Protection services etc. \xef\x82\xb7
Produce accurate CAD drawing according to project requirements; \xef\x82\xb7
Ensuring that all drawings are compliant with project specificationsand requirements \xef\x82\xb7
To assist in coordinating all MEP services drawings related toarchitectural, structural, landscape and interior design. \xef\x82\xb7
Perform file management on a regular basis.

Requirements \xef\x82\xb7

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/ Diploma in Architecture or Engineering. \xef\x82\xb7
Minimum years of work experience in MEP field, preferably in building construction industry; \xef\x82\xb7
Proficient in AUTOCAD and knowledgeable in MEP Revit; \xef\x82\xb7
Co-ordinate and establish good working relationship with projectteam, clients, consultants and sub-contractors to facilitate effective co-ordination of work activities. \xef\x82\xb7
Positive working attitude and able to work under pressure
