Job Description

• Position : M&E Engineer (Civil & Construction/A1 Main Con/6 days) - Up to $5500
• Location : Office - Changi South
• Working hours : Monday to Saturday | 8.30am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5500 + Performance Bonus + Transport Allowance + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all services and complete within programme
• Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
• Conduct in detailed, M&E coordination with all specialist contractors
• Coordinate with all BIM modellers, coordinators and Project Engineers/Project Managers of various M&E contractors,
• Carry out testing and commission of M&E work; Execute mechanical and electrical works in construction
• Supervise day-to-day site works and manage sub-con/in progress production planning & build.
• Handle the project supervision and documentation
• Manage M&E subcontractors\' submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress
• Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with BIM team.
• Ensure timely prepare and submission of CSD
• Attend progress/site/MEP meeting
• Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
• Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience in M&E works.
• Able to work independently
• Good safety knowledge and attitude
• Ability to liaise with statutory authorities
