to join our construction site team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and ensuring the proper installation and execution of all M&E works on site in line with design specifications, standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor all M&E works (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC) at the site.
Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals for compliance.
Coordinate between contractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve technical and site issues.
Ensure that all M&E installations meet safety and quality standards.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of systems.
Prepare site progress reports and update management regularly.
Identify and manage potential risks and delays related to M&E works.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of experience in M&E works at construction sites.
Knowledge of building codes, standards, and best practices.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and schematics.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Professional certification/license is an advantage.
