Job Description

Our client is a market leader Real Estate. They are looking for a Engineering Executive to assist the team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at Central of Singapore- easily accessible.

Duties

Maintenance & Repairs

- Oversee and ensure timely execution of routine jobs, maintenance, repairs, and replacement works for all M&E systems.

System Checks

- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance on ACMV, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection, and building management systems.

Supervision & Compliance

- Supervise vendors and M&E technicians, ensuring work quality, adherence to scope, and compliance with EHS and statutory requirements.

Vendor & Contractor Management

- Liaise with contractors on rectification works, certify job completion, evaluate performance, and recommend service improvements.

Procurement & Reporting

- Prepare purchase requisitions/orders, and submit accurate maintenance, incident, and performance reports.

Meetings & Coordination

- Attend meetings with vendors, contractors, and service providers; prepare/review minutes; and follow up on outstanding issues.

Tenant & Facility Management

- Handle tenants' requests, manage use of common facilities, respond to emergencies, and support fit-out/renovation works in line with building regulations.

Project & Onsite Support

- Assist in M&E upgrading projects, provide on-site engineering solutions, and perform daily facility health checks with incident escalation when required.

Requirements

Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Possess experience in managing commercial building will be added advantage. Possess a high level of initiative and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
