Job Description
Responsibilities * Perform on-site and in-house service maintenance * Troubleshooting and minor repairs to building and M & E works including air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire protection system to minimize downtime * Provide da Responsibilities Perform on-site and in-house service maintenance Troubleshooting and minor repairs to building and M & E works including air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire protection system to minimize downtime Provide daily operation support and update daily report Attending to technical matter and service calls Standby for Service and Technical Support To follow up and resolve technical issues at root cause Schedule and perform periodic equipment preventive maintenance Perform housekeeping and conformance to safety and building standards Work with Engineers to troubleshoot issues relating to equipment failure Requirements Higher NITEC or NTC 2 in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, equivalent At least 2 years relevant working experience. Able to work in fast paced and challenging environment Good English communication skills, self-motivated, independent and with own initiatives Basic knowledge in MS office Knowledge in electrical and air conditioning Able to work independently as well as in a team Excellent problem-solving skills Indicate current and expected salary in resume
