Job Description

Lead and manage all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works across diverse projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with stakeholders and guiding site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and ensure M&E works comply with standards, codes, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to resolve M&E challenges.
Manage site teams (M&E, structural, architectural) to deliver quality and meet deadlines.
Review and approve M&E drawings, submissions, and method statements.
Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and manage variation orders.
Chair M&E meetings and oversee full-cycle M&E matters, including DLP period.
Support design & build projects with consultants and architects.
Ideal Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
Strong knowledge of M&E codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in leading M&E works for condominiums, commercial buildings, data centres, and AEI projects.
Solid leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
