Job Description

• Position: M&E Project Coordinator (Main Con)
• Location: Project Site - Marina Bay Sands (2 mins walk from Bayfront MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.5 Day | Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturdays 8am to 12pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,500 + Annual Leaves
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Construction/Interior Fit-Out works

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordination of mechanical and electrical works with the Interior fit-out works
• Check discrepancies between project drawings and technical specification
• Schedule and monitor M&E work progress
• Monitor M&E work documents and shop drawing coordination
• Identify any variation works order and certify monthly progress claim
• Supervise M&E works and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Responsible for project management, coordination, implementation, execution and control to meet project completion targets
• Atten regular meetings with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors
• Supervise project team members and sub-contractors to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned work and complete their work on scheduled

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E Interior Fit-Out Joinery work preferred
• Must Be able to use AutoCAD and MS Project
• Must have experience in ACMV Works (HVAC), Plumbing & sanitary, Electrical works, Gas/LPG, Structured Data Cabling, Fire fighting systems, CCMS, AV
