Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee
M&E works
for construction and data centre projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate
system integration
of mechanical, electrical, ACMV, fire protection, and ELV systems.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical and operational issues.
Prepare project schedules, reports, and necessary documentation for project tracking and handover.
Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and authority requirements.
