Assist Project Manager/ Project team in all contractual and costing matters.
Handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts.
Attend tender and project meetings.
Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors for job/ project specification, acquire quotations and comparison in prices.
Experience in Project Tender Documentation and Submission requirements with minimal supervision.
Purchasing of all project work materials identified in the projects/tenders.
Prepare construction drawings, 3d drawings and make fast drawing amendments accordingly.
Plan inadvance materials need to be used for the assigned project and budget control.
Good in negotiating prices with suppliers and subcontractors.
Other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Responsibilities:
Understanding the requirement of MEP tender document.
Tender preparation including bills of quantities (BOQ), quantity. take-off, sourcing of contractor or supplier, and cost estimation
Attend site show-round.
Compilation of quotations and comparison of quotes.
Assist in project procurement.
Preparation of MEP shop drawing, co-ordination drawing, details drawing, and As-Built drawing.
Update MEP Construction drawing regularly based on the layout changes.
