Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of project costs throughout the construction lifecycle.

Responsible for handling contracts and progress claims. Assist the manager on contractual matters and variation claims ; Support the manager in requesting quotations, cost estimation, and preparing cost comparisons. Liaise with consultants on contract-related issues. Assessment and preparation of sub-contractor's claim ; Responsible for the preparation of final accounts ; Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering). Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry (preferably in Singapore). Strong understanding of construction estimating methods, cost control principles, and procurement processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Basic knowledge of Singapore building regulations and contract forms (a plus).


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
