Job Description
Job duties:
- Managing & Leading project team (site supervisor & project engineer, total around 10 people)
- Recommending right costing & budget to increase project profits
- Conducting forecast budget and advise on actual profit or losses to management
- Implementing bill of material (BOM) and project
- Ensuring all safety matters requirements met
- Ensuring project is completed within time frame and budget
- Making material procurement schedule and planning
- Liaise with all related stakeholder to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness
- Quality control and monitoring of sub-contractor work standard, recommend and suggest improvement or made correction
- Diploma/Degree in any engineering/construction related field
- 7 to 10 years project management experience dealing with mechanical & electrical (M&E) project experience
- Ability to oversees & manage all HDB projects and ensuring progress
