Job Description

Lead M&E strategy and operations across large-scale developments, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination with multiple stakeholders, while driving high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and oversight for all M&E works across projects.
Establish and enforce technical standards, codes, safety, and quality benchmarks.
Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary site teams, including engineers and supervisors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
Oversee design reviews, shop drawings, material approvals, and method statements.
Resolve complex technical challenges and guide troubleshooting across sites.
Drive project governance, reporting, and performance tracking for M&E operations.
Lead M&E planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects.
Ideal Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
15+ years of progressive experience in M&E leadership for high-rise residential, commercial, data centres, and AEI projects.
Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar projects and high-performing teams.
Strong strategic, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
