Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and repair services on company\'s cleaning equipment
Provide prompt and professional on-site technical support, including commissioning, inspections, diagnosis and resolving products performance problems
Provide clear, precise and detailed acknowledged service reports upon each job completion
Responsible to lead a team of technicians to provide excellent service support
Meet job completion targets, while keeping quality standards and safert requirements.
Perform troubleshooting on various electrical circuitry
A team player with positive working attitude and problem solving initiatives

Job Requirements:

Engine and hydraulic knowledge with relevant working experience in automobile industry (Electrical & Mechanical) will be an advantage
Good technical knowledge/ communication skill and people management skills
Possess a valid qualified driving license
Familiar with MS Office and email
Proficient in written and spoken English
Working Location: Pioneer (Company Transport Provided)
Working Hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:15AM - 5:30PM
