Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project management including coordination, supervisor & monitoring the progress of the project works on site and provides assistance to the Project Engineer and Project Coordinator.
- Supervise in the mechanical installation at site, coordination of M&E works with other trades such of civil, structural or architectural.
- Coordinate site with designer/owners / consultants.
- Coordinate with workers/subcontractors.
- Control/monitoring work progress.
- To identify and resolve site discrepancies with other trades and highlight to supervisor.
- Assist Project Engineer to oversee mechanical subcons daily site operation.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10 years of relevant working experience in the construction field
- Possess relevant trade foreman certificate, NCC, BCSS etc
- Able to work as a member of a group
- Able to detect and solve problems
- Can work independently and meet deadlines
- Able to work overtime if required
