KeyResponsibilities/Duties

Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of M&E trades on site
Work closely with subcontractors on their works to ensure timely work progress
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications and compliance in Singapore Standard and Code of Practice
Able to arrange and lead team for Temporary Utilities on Site
To arrange for inspection with RE and RTO on M&E Services
Abe to understand and update any CAD drawings or REVIT
Able to understand M&E Services
Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering/Building related studies
Knowledge in maintenance of M&E service
Prior supervisory experience in construction or facilities industry
Knowledge in REVIT and AutoCAD
Competent in WSH BCSS
Prefer with government or stated board experience in building management or construction
