- Manage and oversee M&E systems, including renovations.
- Create and maintain schedules for maintenance and installations.
- Inspect equipment daily, address breakdowns, and supervise contractors.
- Advise on machinery and systems.
- Generate reports on various aspects.
- Provide technical guidance.
- Estimate costs and labour requirements.
- Procure parts and assess quotations.
- Coordinate with contractors.
- Plan and oversee projects.
- Ensure work meets standards.
- Identify improvement opportunities.
- Review drawings for compliance.
- Perform assigned tasks.
- Hands on rectification of electricity in case of emergency during operation hours.
- Min N level
- Experience in hands on electrical experience.
- Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.
- Supervisory experience in commercial buildings will be an added advantage.
