Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all faults
- To be acquainted in BMS operation
- Escalate all faults to Supervisor/PE
- Generate work orders after every fault or scheduled maintenance activities
- Highlight any faults and follow-up actions to Supervisor/PE
More Information
- Higher Nitec or NTC-2 in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or equivalent
- 1-3 years of post graduation working experience in maintaining building services e.g CRAU, UPS, Pre-Action / FM200, Chillers, Cee-form installation and P&S
- Must be a handy man and able to perform simple repair work
