Job Description

Site Measurement

Attend sales appointment and conduct on-site measurements for installation works to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. Prepare measurement drawings for product fabrication. Provide professional advice to clients regarding feasibility, space planning, and compliance with product and design specifications.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients on daily project activities. Monitor project progress and assist in resolving delays or discrepancies.

Material Management

Plan, request, and order materials based on measurement data and project requirements. Liaise with suppliers/vendors to ensure timely delivery and correct specifications. Track material usage on-site to minimise wastage and ensure availability. Maintain accurate records of requisitions, deliveries, and stock levels

Qualifications & Skills

Possess construction background with hands-on site measurement experience. Knowledge of construction drawings. Experience in coordinating site works and ordering of materials. Good communication and presentation skills for client-facing sales support. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Able to transport by motorcycle/car Able to work 6 days a week

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,200.00 per month
