Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Administrator of Procosys for tracking and monitoring of Construction, Preservation, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning Activities
• Maintains System & Sub System Mark-up Drawings
• Manages latest drawing follow up and update in Database and Redline mark-up coordination and upload in Procosys
• Reviews and verify all ITR\'s are issued, returned and updated in Procosys along with all punch list items.
• Punchs List Creation, Updating and closing in Procosys
• Supports Project Commissioning Manager in monitoring of MC and PC completion status and issuing of RFCC for MC completed subsystems.
• Verifies signed-off ITRs are duly documented and filed as completion dossiers for timely submission to Client.
• Follow-ups of completion& Handover Related Documents
• Prepares & follow up for Signing Mechanical Completion Dossier
• Coordinating & Arranging Tri Party Walk down, Discipline Completion Walkdown & Mechanical Completion Walkdown
• Follow-ups of completion hand over certificates
• Prepares Progress Report Daily / weekly as per Project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in any engineering or related engineering disciplines
• Possess experience in Mechanical completion
• Possess basic knowledge of system / subsystem boundary demarcation and system
• Completion Handover process of wind farm facilities
• Familiar with Procosys Handover software
• Good analytical, problem solving and planning skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Effective Communication Skills in English
