Responsible for managing and executing a small scale projects for existing and established clients. This includes but not limited to spare parts supply, technical discussions, conceptual studies, FEED engineering and development of small-scale maintenance projects.
Execution of brown field projects and vendor supervisors to support their operation and maintenance activities for Chemical Plants. This includes planned, periodic, breakdown and shutdown maintenance, spare parts management and advisory services on technical issues
Estimate project cost and take necessary approvals
Manage, coordinate & control all project works to ensure project is executed according to specifications and within schedule & approved budget.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors and client representatives to meet project objectives and shutdown schedules.
Coordinating between entities for necessary documents and information to support the project execution
Appraise higher management & client with project reports and seek help wherever required.
Static & Furnace equipment:
Conceptual design of static and package (furnace) equipment with the support of discipline engineers.
Preparation of specification, datasheet and drawings of static equipment.
Selection of vendor / fabricator and pre-qualification.
Conduct technical/ clarification meetings with vendors / Contractors to finalize the design.
Review vendor drawings & provide necessary approval.
Prepare ITP and attend to necessary vendor inspection.
After Sales:
Responsible for arrangement of vendor and in-house supervisors for any maintenance jobs.
Work hand in hand with client for root cause analysis and providing expertise to the recurring problems, hence ensuring smooth operation.
Participate in technical discussions and work.
Support the estimation process for small scale projects such as modification, rectification, capacity up, process improvement for existing clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s &/or Master Degree in Engineering, from reputed institutes with good academic records.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience which includes engineering design for static equipment, feasibility study etc.
Having operation and maintenance experience in chemical plant is preferred.
Experience in EPC with chemical, petrochemical and power sectors shall be preferred.
