You will be responsible in all aspects of the product development process from design, implementation, execution and testing to deliver the highest quality product. RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead a team of engineers and technicians to install the growing system inside the high tech glass greenhouse. Take charge of and direct site engineering activities, including but not limited to project management, design & planning, procurement & construction, installation, turnover, tool design, start-up & commissioning, qualification & validation, troubleshooting & maintenance. Render support to and work closely with production and farm manager to achieve common operation goals and timely production. Lead and direct technical and engineering solutions for the conveyor system, packing machine and hydraulic lift. Develop and drive maintenance repair and spare part strategies for the farm, including sourcing, purchasing, and ordering required items. Manage project timeline and design costing closely. Responsible to ensure the inventory of automation and control areas' spares/consumables meet critical maintenance requirements. REQUIREMENTS : Min Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent Preferably with at least 5 years' relevant experience in precision engineering and automation design. At least 1-2 years managerial experience. Strong knowledge in high precision manufacturing processes. Experience in semiconductor equipment and test automation will be an added advantage. Analytical minded with strong organizational skills.
