Attend site meetings with consultants. Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors. To resolve any technical or site issues. Prepare and submit M&E construction schedule and structural penetration for approval. To arrange for M&E trade demonstrations for consultant's approval. To arrange the inspection and resolve the site problems. Assist Quantity Surveyor to carry out verifications for various claims. To ensure work as per HDB Specifications & code of practice standard. Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications and drawings. Report to Project Director or Project Manager on any technical or site problems relating to M&E works. Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule. * Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
