Mechanical & Electrical ( M&E ) Technician
Salary: $2,700 - $3,000 (Depends on experience)
Working Timing: Monday to Friday - 9 am to 6 pm
Working Location: Near Aljunied / MacPherson / Paya Lebar MRT
Responsibilities:
The M&E Technician is responsible to assist the Maintenance & Service Department in dealing with On-site Maintenance & Service works & co-ordination with sub-contractors on repair works.
- Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
- Attend to Emergency calls by Client.
- Assess the problems on site before reporting back to HOD.
- Carry out scheduled Maintenance & Servicing on electrical & mechanical systems & prepare the service report.
- Requires to be hands-on to carry out minor repair works.
- To carry out trouble-shooting and preventive maintenance on site.
- Assist in monitoring all work being performed by sub-contractors.
- Maintain the office store in order with proper documentation.
- Assist HOD to attend to Scheduled Annual Shut Down of Customers.
