Job Description
1. Oversee the daily operations of M&E work, ensuring activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and materials.
2. Monitor and ensure the quality of workmanship and materials for Mechanical and Electrical installations.
3. Track the progress of M&E works, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage the work schedule to meet project timelines.
4. Ensure all M&E work is carried out in adherence to site safety requirements and the relevant Singaporean codes of practice and standards.
5. Identify and resolve technical issues related to M&E works on-site.
6. Prepare and submit required documentation, such as daily reports, inspection records, and shop drawings, for consultant approval.
7. Conduct periodic site inspections to monitor work progress and quality, and arrange for inspections with Resident Engineers (RE) and Resident Technical Officers (RTO)
