Job Description

Skills, Duties, Qualification & Responsibilities-Experience in project scheduling, site supervision, testing and commissioning, quality checking, and document control.-Supervised site activities to ensure that safety protocols & technical specifications were being implemented.-Represents the company in high-level corporate meetings-Prepares, monitors and reports project timetables/Gantt charts-Collaborate with Planning and Design Department for project requirements-Conducts regular site visits and attends client meetings, maybe assigned on-site or required to stay in for the duration of the project-Prepares and presents detailed project COST ESTIMATES and PROPOSALS. (HVAC)-Sources supplies, build relationships, and negotiates with suppliers-Ensures that Foreman and Lead men are briefed on the plans and timetables before the start of each project and monitor work progress and expenses for each project-Guides and coaches the labor workforce by conducting regular site/toolbox meetings-With experience in HVAC project supervision, and other job-related works.-Assists in overall Operations, Project Management, and maintenance management
requirements in the following areas:
o Project and Maintenance Managemento Sourcing and Purchasingo Manpower Managemento Equipment and Tools Inventoryo Safety Requirementso Documentation and Reportingo Processing of Permits-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, in Mechanical Engineering.-With at least 2 to 3 Years of experience in Project Management.-Willing to be assigned on-site-With or without LicenseJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Mechanical Engineering: 2 years (Preferred)
