Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Mechanical Supervisors and contractors in performing all the plant inspection, and modification works
- Manage and lead the plant painting program to ensure the integrity of the plant facility.
- Coordinate with plant operators and other maintenance groups in the execution of plant modification works with no compromise to the safety of workers and integrity of facilities.
- Conduct and arrange training for staff and contractors to enhance their skill and competency levels.
- To implement management systems based on standards stipulated under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS506.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experiences in mechanical maintenance within chemical / petrochemical / oil and gas industry
- Experience in rotating equipment is highly preferred
