Responsibilities:
Daily quotation preparation - Size and select suitable Gestra and relevant 3rd party product for customer enquires (MRO or EPC projects) and prepare both technical and commercial proposal based on customer specifications and in compliance with company's policy and relevant process in submitting the proposals.
Prepare proposals in response to requests for quotation in a timely, complete and accurate manner.
Order handling - Evaluate and interpret of customers' specifications. Clarify with sales and/or customers where necessary to resolve unclear requirements. Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, ensure timely follow-up and respond to clarifications arising from customers' evaluation. Co-ordinate shipment of orders. Assist Sales Manager and/or Finance Department to secure Customer Finance.
Support the development of customer proposals for Steam System. Scope of work will include system design, mechanical specifications, costing and pricing
Assist the procurement department in selecting sub-vendors as well as achieving a detailed and defined sub-vendor supply scope as required by the respective project
Selection, design, prepare conceptual P&ID and layout drawings, 2D & 3D and Develop applications that effectively accomplish client objectives and user specifications
Participate in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other reports to support the goal of Focused Sectors (Power, Chemical, Boiler OEM)
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Industrial or relevant discipline
