Job Description
Job duties:
- Provide necessary guidance and advice to maintenance staff or external contractor to execute the maintenance work in a good engineering manner
- Daily maintenance manpower planning and allocation
- Maintain and update maintenance data and maintenance record for all plant equipment and plant utilities
- Plan and supervise the maintenance team in the execution of assigned plant maintenance activities within schedule and cost, in compliance with regulatory and company\'s standards and requirements, in particular company\'s safety standards, as well as to develop staff capabilities using appropriate capability interventions and on-the-job training
- Supporting the Power Plant to meet the contractual, technical and commercial set-up and operation
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance carried out for all plant equipment and plant utilities
- Perform frontline troubleshooting on plant equipment defects and failure to maintain high availability
- 2 to 5 years mechanical engineer experience from power plant/chemical or process plant
- Diploma/Degree in any engineering related field
